PAYMENT METHODS

Thank you for your interest in our payment policy on the hotel website. To guarantee the reservation, please deposit 50% of the total amount to be paid.

The hotel accepts international payment cards (Visa, Master, JCB ...), domestic payment cards and bank transfer. According to the online payment policy, hotel room rates do not include transaction fees of banks. Therefore, please note that when paying online, transaction fees will automatically add up to the total payment to guarantee your reservation.

Please carefully refer to the following terms before proceeding online payment on the website:

1. PAYMENT WITH INTERNATIONAL CARDS AND LOCAL CARDS VTC PAYGATE
 VTC PAYGATE is our partner, assisting in the online payment process quickly and safely. You can make payment on the website by international and domestic cards. Online transaction fees will be calculated as follows:

• If you pay by Visa, Master, JCB ..., the transaction fee is charged 2.8% of total transaction amount + VND5,500 (*).
• If you pay by Visa, Master, JCB ..., the transaction fee is 1.1% of total transaction amount + VND 1,760 (*).

(*) The transaction fee is automatically included in the total payment for each transaction.
